About Us
We are Debbie & Rachel, two friends from Northern Ireland who, amongst other things, bonded over our difficulties with anxiety.
Over the years, various other mental health struggles have made their way into our lives and we often seek comfort in each other.
One form of therapy for us is ‘putting the world to rights’ over a cup of tea while enjoying some type of crafting activity.
One particular evening as we were divulging our deepest feelings we began making bracelets and we just couldn’t stop. The creative juices were well and truly flowing and not a word was uttered in approximately an hour.
Unbeknownst to each other, we both went on to keep making bracelets the next day. Between us we designed logos, created business plans and were brimming with ideas for different collections and products. A few days later this exchange took place on whatsapp:
Rachel: So what’s the business plan then?
Debbie: To start one lol
And this is when Beloved Beading was born.
We invite you to explore our thoughtfully crafted jewellery that stands as a testament to the belief that true beauty lies in simplicity and significance.
All of our designs come in Gold Filled or Sterling Silver. Debbie is a gold lover and Rachel is always timeless in silver, so it just seemed like a no brainer to offer each design in both.
We love wearing our jewellery stacked together or alongside our every day pieces & we hope you do too.

Meet The Team

Debbie
In April 2023 I was diagnosed with depression. I was overwhelmed by my commitments, struggling to find a work life balance, becoming increasingly anxious and experienced a great deal of imposter syndrome.
I previously struggled with depression as a teen and have battled with anxiety most of my life. Alongside family, doctors, counsellors, medication & a lot patience I have been working on these struggles and coming to terms with how different my life looks.
Beloved Beading is my creative outlet.
It is a business venture very close to my heart. I want to share my faith with everyone I meet but having social anxiety can sometimes make that difficult. Over the past few months I have been wearing our jewellery as a physical reminder of God's presence in my life. The bracelets provide comfort during anxiety attacks and spark conversations when admired by a friend or stranger.
Here at Beloved, we handmake each piece of jewellery with love & put thought into every design to ensure we create jewellery with significance & meaning.
And I get to do it all with my bestie, my sister, my unpaid therapist, & the only person I know who will drink almost 7 cups of tea in one sitting! x

When I'm not crafting with Debbie or running my greeting card business, Note & Scatter, you can find me cosying up with good book and a cuppa.
Over the years I have had numerous battles with my mental and physical health. Anyone living with chronic or mental illness can relate to how how incredibly exhausting it can be. It takes a lot of hard work and patience to navigate.
Being creative provides me with a sense of purpose, reduces my anxiety and allows me to express myself. I thrive in creative environments.
When we first had the idea of Beloved Beading, it just felt right.
I love jewellery and I love crafting, so starting a business with my best friend, doing something we both enjoy and getting to share our faith while we do it just felt like the perfect opportunity!
Here at Beloved, we create jewellery with meaning and purpose, they are pieces we would wear ourselves and give to our loved ones as thoughtful gifts or encouragements. We’re so excited to share it with you! x
